Industrial Robotics & Automation Solutions
Consistent weld quality, higher productivity and less manual effort.
Spark Robotics designs and integrates robotic welding cells for both arc welding (MIG/MAG, TIG) and resistance spot welding. Our systems combine industrial robots, welding power sources, positioners and custom fixtures into one reliable cell. Every weld follows the same programmed path, speed and parameters, so the quality of the first part matches the thousandth. This makes robotic welding a good fit for high-volume production, complex joints and work where skilled welders are hard to find.
Arc welding (MIG/MAG and TIG). MIG/MAG welding suits mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium parts such as frames, brackets, chassis members and tubular assemblies. TIG welding is used where thin material, a clean finish or precise heat control matters. Features such as torch weaving, touch sensing and seam tracking help the robot find the joint and adjust to small variations in part fit-up.
Uniform bead, penetration and strength on every joint, with fewer defects and less rework.
Faster cycle times and longer arc-on time than manual welding, with the option of running 24×7.
Less spatter, less consumable waste, and less reliance on scarce skilled labour.
Operators are kept away from fumes, UV radiation, sparks and heat.
Quick changeover between part variants using stored weld programs.
Weld parameters can be monitored and logged for quality records.
Brackets, frames, exhaust and seating components.
Spot welding of panels, enclosures and body parts.
Structural parts, machine bases and heavy sections.
Long seams and heavy parts with positioners.
